Huff and Puff and Blow that Wall Down ....

First we had "Squeeze and Freeze"
Now they want "Down and In"

Jerusalem - Israel must tear down its West Bank separation barrier, a senior U.N. official said today, marking five years since the International Court of Justice declared the barrier illegal and a violation of Palestinian rights. The U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights, Navi Pillay, said the barrier is only part of the problem.

"The wall is but one element of the wider system of severe restrictions on the freedom of movement imposed ... on Palestinian residents of the West Bank," Pillay said. Israeli must "dismantle the wall" and "make reparations for all damage suffered ..."

[sniffle, sniffle, someone pass the tissues please]

As Clear as Day
[i.e. transparent]
UN: Wall down, Palestinians in!

That is, when the wall comes down, in flood the Palestinians to (squat and attack). Another tactic in the "soft final solution" devised by the Arab world, in tacit compliance with the Europeans. One way or another they will keep pushing, shoving, banning, protesting, lying and deceiving in order to shove the Israelis out to sea, the Mediterranean Sea.

Fact: Suicide bombers (half from Hamas) killed 234 Israeli Arabs and Jews in 2002, and 142 more in 2003. In 2007, due to the presence of the fence/wall/barrier only 3 were killed.
Fact: West Bank unemployment rate 2003=31%; today it is 17% and dropping. Order has been maintained increasingly well due to 1. the barrier 2. the American trained Palestinian police becoming more effective 3. economy improving dramatically in West Bank
Fact: Last year there were 140 roadblocks which have now been removed from West Bank leaving only 19 checkpoints. Fact: Palestinians now control and provide police services in Ramallah, Qalquia, Bethlehem, Jericho, and Hebron. Nablus is still a bit of a terror hub, but progress is being made there also. The Palestinians and the Israelis will work things out given time and good will from both sides, and the UN should keep its unhelpful nose out of something which is not its business.
