Practical Wedding Gift: Build A Safe Room . . . Against Storms and Nibiru?

Storm Safe Rooms as a Wedding Gift?

NOT A BAD IDEA FOR THE EAST COAST

"I know of a guy who asked a father to marry the daughter, and the father said, 'Not unless you have a safe room.'"

'Never mind toasters, blenders and slow cookers. Joplin, Missouri, tornado survivors Kayla and Ricky Smith had a more practical request for a wedding gift — shelter from the next big storm.

'The Smiths were on the leading edge of an odd trend in Tornado Alley: Engaged couples using bridal registries or word of mouth to request donations so they can purchase safe rooms, which are strong, pre-fabricated shelters typically installed in houses or garages.

'Several tornadoes have ravaged the Midwest and South in recent years. A month before the May 22, 2011, tornado in Joplin, which killed 161 people and destroyed 7,000 homes, hundreds died in a series of deadly tornadoes in the South. And a tornado in Moore, Oklahoma, in 2013 killed 24.

'The devastation raised awareness about the need for safety in homes that don't have basements. Safe room sales skyrocketed, aided in part by the availability of Federal Emergency Management Agency grant and rebate programs that help pay for them in some states.

'The pre-fabricated rooms feature thick steel walls and doors that can withstand winds up to 250 mph. They are windowless with no light fixtures or electricity. Most are small and built in a garage or closet. Safe rooms typically cost $3,000 to $7,000, depending on the size. A few are buried in the yard like shelters of years past.

'The Smiths weren't yet married when the tornado came through Joplin. Kayla was with her parents in a car that was spun off the road into a yard. Ricky took shelter in his apartment stairwell. When he emerged, the building was gone. All were relatively unscathed.  […]  Above article from ABC News

Storm Safe Rooms

YOU MAY THINK THIS IS VERY UNUSUAL, HOWEVER, HERE ARE SOME WEATHER FACTS AND THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE AN EARTH CATASTROPHE THE SIZE OF NIBIRU IF IT PASSES BY:

Flooding, severe weather devastate Texas. Six people died and at least two others were missing Sunday after heavy rains in Texas and Kansas caused severe flooding. In one case near Austin, which received nine inches of rain this week, a vehicle with two people was swept off a flooded roadway. In hard-hit Houston, rising rivers and creeks prompted Harris County officials on Saturday to ask about 750 families in the Northwood Pines subdivision to voluntarily evacuate(.)

Flooding from TD Bonnie prompts closing of portion of I-95 in SC. “We are at the mercy of mother nature,” Lance Cpl. Matt Southern of the S.C. Highway Patrol said Sunday. Bonnie, the second named storm of the year, made landfall just east of Charleston around 8:30 a.m. Sunday at the Isle of Palms, according to the National Hurricane Center. Winds caused by the storm reached 40 mph Saturday night but had dropped below 35 mph by Sunday morning, according to U.S. Air Force data reported to the hurricane center.

Extreme Weather Facts
  • Close to 2,000 thunderstorms are going on around the world this very moment. Lightning generated by those storms will strike 6,000 different spots on earth in the next minute
  • The average Lightning Stroke is 6 miles long.
  • The Temperature of lightning's return stroke can reach 50,000 degrees Fahrenheit. The surface of the sun is not even that hot! (Sun's surface is around 11,000 degrees Fahrenheit).
  • The greatest snowfall ever in a single storm was 189 inches at the Mount Shasta Ski Bowl in February, 1959.
  • A good sized thunder cloud can contain a mass weighing in at about 8,750,000,000 lbs. (That's the weight of ten-thousand 747 jet airliners.
  • The average Thunderstorm is 6-10 miles wide.
  • The average Thunderstorm travels at a rate of 25 miles per hour.
  • Approximately 100,000 thunderstorms occur in the United States each year. Approximately 10% of all thunderstorms are severe enough to produce high winds, flash floods, and tornadoes.
  • Thunderstorms cause an average of 200 deaths and 700 injuries in the United States each year.
Extreme Tornado Facts
  • Tornadoes cause an average of 70 fatalities and 1,500 injuries in the U.S. each year.
  • The strongest tornadoes have rotating winds of more than 250 mph.
  • Tornadoes can be more than one mile wide and stay on the ground for over 50 miles.
  • Tornadoes may appear nearly transparent until dust and debris are picked up or a cloud forms within the funnel.
  • The average forward speed is 30 mph but may vary from nearly stationary to 70 mph.
  • Waterspouts are tornadoes which form over warm water. They can move onshore and cause damage to coastal areas.

The Soldier Who Fired the Defense Minister

THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I SAW HAPPENING WHEN YAALON UNLEASHED HIS LEFTIST IDEOLOGY AND HE WENT OVER THE DAM! HE WAS ALLOWED TO GO TOO FAR AND IN DOING SO CAUSED HIS OWN DOWNFALL. The very comments uttered by his subordinate were the mirror image of the very Policies of the IDF higher echelon. (not the soldiers and not the political govt) The following article is verbatim from Moshe Feiglin on JPost.com

In 1996, after prime minister Yitzhak Rabin’s assassination, Shimon Peres was asked in an interview: who lost the elections? To which he answered “Us, the Israelis.” When asked who won, he replied: “The Jews.

The Jews defeated the Israelis.”

Peres was wrong. The “Jews” did not exactly win. And the “Israelis” did not lose at all. In the 20 years that have ensued, an ongoing, low-intensity cold war has been waged between the Jews and the Israelis.

On Rosh Hashana 2016, Alexander Levlovitz was murdered by an Arab, signaling the beginning of a new kind of intifada. Every few hours, on average, a lone terrorist would attempt to kill Jews with whatever weapon was at hand.

The goal of the terrorism of the first and second intifadas was to force the IDF to retreat from Judea, Samaria and Gaza. It was a “nationalist” struggle. In the new intifada, all the “nationalist” masks have been removed. The goal is simply to kill Jews. The statement these terrorists are making is one we heard 70 years ago: I will kill you no matter how you define yourself; Israeli, secular, Tel-Avivian or New Yorker – you are really just a Jew.

This created a serious problem for Peres’ “Israelis.” When confronted with the new anti-Judaism, they preferred to deny their Jewish identity; there is nothing unique about the Jews and everyone can be a Nazi.

IDF soldiers killed many of the attacking terrorists. This was a healthy, Jewish response. It was the spontaneous reaction of a nation that identifies the monster and has no intention of allowing it to reawaken.

It declares that there is indeed a unique, Jewish identity.

The bullet shot in Hebron by soldier Elor Azariah into a neutralized terrorist turned the cold war between the Jews and the Israelis into an overt war that is getting hotter all the time.

It obligated the “Israelis” to stand up and defend their right to blur their identity. The entire justice system, media and other power resources in the hands of the Old Israel – Ashkenazi, leftist, secular, hegemonic – activated an orchestrated campaign to delegitimize his act.

But a frightening surprise was waiting for Old Israel. Social media allowed the New Israel – Mizrahi, traditional, far-removed from power – to stand up for the soldier. The division was very clear: the Israeli minority will do all in its power to convict the soldier, while the Jewish majority supports him.

The war intensified. The many local protests for the soldier melded into a major rally in Tel Aviv’s Rabin Square, boycotted and scorned by the media and political establishment.

Old Israel fought back. At the Holocaust memorial ceremony on Remembrance Day, deputy chief of staff Maj.-Gen. Yair Golan hinted that Elor Azariah and his supporters are Israel’s fascists. The prime minister condemned the speech, But defense minister Moshe Ya’alon supported Golan unreservedly.

The judge’s suggested compromise during Azariah’s trial was rejected by the military prosecution. After all, this is not a private case: it is a war between Israelis and Jews. Elor has become a symbol and Old Israel has no intention of giving up.

And then the war escalated to a new, much more frightening phase.

A Haaretz article titled “The First Jewish Military Coup” seemed to implicitly call upon the IDF to impose the will of the Israeli minority upon the Jewish majority. The defense minister again praised the scandalous speech of Maj.-Gen. Yair Golan and even encouraged every soldier to learn from him and follow in his footsteps. It was a military coup in the making, with the defense minister as the Left’s point man.

When Ya’alon was ousted, journalist Yigal Sarna wrote that “the ouster is a civilian putsch against the army.” The radical Left, despairing of ever winning democratic elections, turned to the IDF to save its ideology.

Now it decries the “putsch” carried out by the citizens against the army.

Who will win this war? The Jews, or the Israelis? Just like the elections of 1996, the Jews will win on the tactical plane.

But again just like those elections, on the strategic plane the Israelis will win. For the Jews to really win, they need leadership that can create a completely new strategy, informed by its Jewish identity.

To create real change, the new defense minister must say: “The security strategy of the Jewish nation and the State of Israel is ‘Kill those who come to kill you – first.’ Any soldier who does not accept this principle should remove his uniform and release the IDF from the attitudes that are preventing it from doing its job.”

Obviously, that will not happen.

Netanyahu will never face off directly against Old Israel. The IDF will continue to clone its senior commanders according to the values of the radical Left. All of us will continue to be perceived as the new Nazis of the world, Israel’s legitimacy and diplomatic and security options will continue to contract – until the Jews realize that they must do more than win the elections: they must also lead the nation according to their values.

And what about the soldier, Elor Azariah? Has this entire episode brought us nothing more than a meaningless change of personnel in the defense ministry? Not exactly – nobody in the media will say this, but the undeniable fact is that immediately following the shooting in Hebron, the new intifada disappeared into thin air.

It is impossible to know how much time will pass until the monster rears its head once again. But one thing is clear: with the one moral bullet that Azariah shot into reality, he has – at least temporarily – neutralized the venom of the new anti-Judaism.

And that is a lot more than Netanyahu, Ya’alon, the IDF and its generals managed to do in an entire half-year of violent terrorism.

Former MK and deputy speaker of the Knesset Moshe Feiglin is chairman of the Zehut political party, dedicated to providing Israel with authentic Jewish leadership based on Jewish identity and liberty.

The Ramban and Eretz Israel

by Tzvi Fishman

This is a depiction of the Ramban on the wall in Acre, Israel

People occasionally ask, “Where is it written in the Torah that we have to build a State?” Apparently, they are not familiar with the words of the giant Torah authority, the Ramban, who repeatedly stated that we are commanded that the Land of Israel be in our hands, and not in the hands of any other nation:

“We were commanded to inherit this Land which Hashem, Blessed Be He, gave to our Forefathers, to Avraham, Yitzhak, and Yaacov, and not to abandon it to the hands of other nations, or abandon it to desolation. Hashem said to them, ‘To inherit the Land and dwell there, for to you I have given the Land to possess, and you shall inherit the Land that I swore to your Forefathers’ – behold, we are commanded with its conquest in every generation (Ramban, Supplement to Sefer HaMitzvot of the Rambam, Positive Commandment 4).

The Ramban continues:

“This is what our Sages call ‘Milchemet Mitzvah,’ an obligatory war. This Land is not to be left in the hands of the Seven Nations, or in the hands of any other nation, in any generation whatsoever…this is a positive commandment which applies at every time” (Ramban, ibid).

The Ramban concludes:

“And the proof that this is a Torah commandment is this – they were told in the matter of the Spies, ‘Go up and conquer the Land as Hashem has said to you. Don’t fear, and don’t be discouraged.’ And further it says, ‘And when Hashem sent you from Kadesh Barnea saying, Go up and possess the Land which I gave you, and you rebelled against

Hashem your G-d, and you did not believe in Me, and did not listen to this command’” (Ibid).

All of the early and later Torah authorities, the Rishonim and Achronim, decide the law in this fashion on the basis of the Ramban that the precept of conquering the Land applies in all generations, and all of them agree that it is a commandment of the Torah (Shuchan Oruch, Pitchei T’shuva , Even HaEzer, 75:6).

Sovereignty over a country means having an army, a government, a justice system, an economic system, etc. By commanding us to rule over the Land of Israel, the Torah commands us to establish a State. Rabbi Kook emphasized that whether sovereignty is brought about by a prime minister, a prophet, a judge, or a king, it is valid Jewish sovereignty when it comes on behalf of Clal Yisrael, the encompassing congregation of Israel. (Mishpat Kohen, 337).

Thus, the State of Israel is a commandment of the Torah. Rabbi Tzvi Yehuda Kook emphasized that, “The intrinsic value of the State is not dependent on the number of observant Jews here. Of course, our aspiration is that all of our people will embrace the Torah and the mitzvot. Nonetheless, the Statehood of Israel is holy, whatever religious level it contains.”

“There are religious Jews who express a type of criticism and say, ‘If the State of Israel were run according to our lifestyle and spirit, then we would accept it. Until then, we abstain from it.’ They talk as if the State does not belong to them. But the truth is that the State belongs to all of us.”

Rabbi Kook asserted that
anyone who refuses to recognize the State of Israel does not recognize Hashem’s rule over what takes place in the world.

If the Master of the Universe decided to bring the Jewish People back to the Land of Israel via the vehicle of the State of Israel, who are we to complain or disagree?

Rabbi Kook said that we had to be patient, that Redemption came slowly in gradual stages, little by little (Jerusalem Talmud, Berachot 1:1), and that it would reach perfection with time.

“In the Talmud, our Sages explain that all of the material used in building the Temple became sanctified only after it was set into place. We build with the profane and sanctify afterward (Meilah 14A and B, see Rashi there). This was enacted because our Sages realized that during the construction, workers would sit in the shade of the building to rest from the sun, and thus improperly derive personal benefit from something which had been exclusively dedicated for the use of the Temple. The Beit HaMikdash was built in this fashion, and this is the way the Redemption of Israel develops, in stages, little by little. Just as the stones used in building the Temple were not sanctified at first, so, too, the building of Eretz Yisrael is accomplished by every segment of the Nation, by the righteous and by the less righteous. We build with the secular, even though this causes complications and problems, and little by little all of the various problems will vanish, and the sanctification of Hashem will appear in more and more light.”

As we say in Israel, “Savlenut,” Patience, my friends. Patience.

Addendum

The Maharal of Prague teaches in Netzaḥ Yisrael that like the orbits of the planets in space and the importance of oxygen for human beings, Hebrew sovereignty over the Land of Israel is a natural necessity built into the system of Creation. When Israel is living as an independent nation in our homeland, the entire world becomes healthy. The heart of humanity is in place and able to channel Divine life and blessing to all existence. It has been in opposition to the laws of nature inherent in Creation for Israel to be separated from our beloved country. Like a ball thrown up in the air that must come down, Am Yisrael must return to sovereignty over our soil. Nature corrects itself as we return home and the Torah now aspires – for the first time in nearly two thousand years – to be lived on a national level that infuses kedusha into every sphere of life. And as nature corrects itself and history progresses forward, our liberation will advance toward the full redemption of humankind. Sun Tilting – Earth Tilting: What is Moving Around in Our Atmosphere?

Below are various screen shots from Videos on WSO actualizing facts in our atmosphere. The more we capture via the 'Backyard Astronomical Experts'  the more we will understand the Wonders of HaShem and the Kochav Yaakov from our Torah Sources. With this "object" "star" "Nibiru System" in our solar system, the videos are getting more interesting on a daily basis.

One very interesting site is WSO Steve Olson and his youtube channel.

Et tu Brute? (With Brute being the Sun) The sun is tilting in the sky, or our Earth facing satellites are about 40% off course. We prove this by photographing the sun and noting the lone sun spot, then compare this to the earth facing disc satellite view...the sun tilts. Steve says in one of the videos that there are Military Helicopters flying over his home, which is a good size farm in a deserted area of Wisconsin.  He jokes that "they" are spying on him. Steve Olson is an ernest fellow with a great amount of curiosity which is to our advantage.

In this video, is discussed how (earth) is being pulled 90 degrees to the side, and PROVES IT by showing the object that is doing the pulling.

Magnetic projection on the camera of the green triangle within which contains 3 to 5 planets larger than Jupiter!

Study Proves the Mind Does Not Die With the Body

"Many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to reproaches and everlasting abhorrence"
(Daniel 12:2)

Therefore, prophesy and say to them, So says the Lord God: Lo! I open your graves and cause you to come up out of your graves as My people, and bring you home to the land of Israel.
(Yechezkel)

Study Proves the Mind Does Not Die With the Body
Consciousness survives after physical organs stop functioning

What happens to us after we die remains largely unknown; however, a growing body of research suggests that awareness may continue beyond clinical death, a medical term that no longer carries a black and white definition.

Prior to the 1950s, "clinical death" meant vital organs, such as the lungs, heart and brain, had stopped working. However, due to technological advancements, humans can now be kept alive via mechanical ventilators, leading to a new definition called "brain dead." People declared brain dead and kept alive by a ventilator have blood circulation and the ability to fight off infections, as well as birth a child.

"The themes relating to the experience of death appear far broader than what has been understood so far, or what has been described as so called near-death experiences," said Dr. Jerry Nolan, Editor-in-Chief of the journal Resuscitation, which published a study examining "the broad range of mental experiences in relation to death."

Mental activity may persist beyond death

Sponsored by the University of Southampton in the United Kingdom, the study suggests that mental activity persists beyond death, but memories of the experience may disappear due to medical drugs or brain injury.

The study titled AWARE (Awareness during Resuscitation), interviewed 2,060 patients from 15 hospitals in the UK, US and Austria. Researchers say that 39 percent of the patients they interviewed who had survived cardiac arrest, "described a perception of awareness, but interestingly did not have any explicit recall of events."

"This suggests more people may have mental activity initially but then lose their memories after recovery, either due to the effects of brain injury or sedative drugs on memory recall," said lead study author Dr. Sam Parnia, Assistant Professor of Critical Care Medicine and Director of Resuscitation Research at The State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Of those who reported having a sense of awareness following death, 46 percent said that they experienced "a broad range of mental recollections" incompatible with near death experiences (NDE's), including "fearful and persecutory experiences."

Just 9 percent reported experiences that were compatible with NDE's, while 2 percent said they had awareness compatible with out-of-body experiences (OBEs) "with explicit recall of 'seeing' and 'hearing' events."

One individual reported consciousness and awareness three minutes after their heart had stopped

"This is significant, since it has often been assumed that experiences in relation to death are likely hallucinations or illusions, occurring either before the heart stops or after the heart has been successfully restarted, but not an experience corresponding with 'real' events when the heart isn't beating," said Dr. Parnia.
One case was validated and timed using auditory stimuli during cardiac arrest. Dr Parnia concluded: “This is significant, since it has often been assumed that experiences in relation to death are likely hallucinations or illusions, occurring either before the heart stops or after the heart has been successfully restarted, but not an experience corresponding with ‘real’ events when the heart isn’t beating. In this case, consciousness and awareness appeared to occur during a three-minute period when there was no heartbeat. This is paradoxical, since the brain typically ceases functioning within 20-30 seconds of the heart stopping and doesn’t resume again until the heart has been restarted. Furthermore, the detailed recollections of visual awareness in this case were consistent with verified events.
"Thus, while it was not possible to absolutely prove the reality or meaning of patients' experiences and claims of awareness, (due to the very low incidence (2 per cent) of explicit recall of visual awareness or so called OBE's), it was impossible to disclaim them either and more work is needed in this area. Clearly, the recalled experience surrounding death now merits further genuine investigation without prejudice," she added.

Scientists hope the results of the study will spur further research into this life or death matter.

Ever Herd of a New Crash Diet of Weeds and
Poison Ivy?

Meet Mozart

Mozart, Zoya, Olivia, Max, Charlie Brown, Diego, Raptor, Skittles and Reese—will be working in Brooklyn this summer in Prospect Park.

Olivia, a pushy young blonde; Diego, a good-natured loner; and six others were deemed perfect for the task: fit, eager and hungry for the job. Zoya and crew will leave their home in Rhinebeck, New York, and take up residency in Prospect Park, working on fenced-off sections (**most damaged by a tornado and hurricanes Irene and Katrina). Larry and Ann Cihanek, the goats’ owners and owners of *Green Goats, will check on the herd twice a week. Ann told The Guardian that goats love weeds such as poison ivy and will eat those plants first.

“They’re a bit like children, ... They will eat their favorite foods first, and one of their top foods is poison ivy. They love it.”

A single goat can eat up to 25 pounds in one day.

The 'Gang' at work, “Weapons of grass destruction”.

The Prospect Park project isn’t unusual for the Cihaneks and their goats. Green Goats, which houses 170 goats, has been sending goat herds out on assignment for nine years. The four-legged weed-eaters have worked with the National Park Service, cemeteries, colleges and more, according to Green Goats’ website.

“Goats have been used to control undesirable vegetation throughout history,” states the website. “They’ve eaten grass, and cleared brush on slopes, woodlots and hedge rows long before brush cutters and herbicides were invented.”

Our Moon: A Large Crystal-Like Ball Covered in Sand

Shabbos evening I was looking at the Moon in the South East Sky and to me it look Full. Each month our Moon is visual 28 or 29 days (more approximately 27.3 days). Each month we go from a Full Moon to a Sliver of a Moon and then to a Full Moon once again, repeating this process throughout the year. The Moon's orbit is for 354 days. The Sun's reflection on the Moon is what gives us this visual. However Earth's orbit around the Sun is 365.256 days. How does one correlate this?

Rav Steinman’s Eye-Opening Advice to a Father

Rav Steinman’s Eye-Opening Advice to a Father
By Rabbi Chaim Morgenstern

The Chafetz Chaim states that the mitzvah of educating one’s children is equal to every other mitzvah, including learning Torah. The following story told by Rabbi Yechiel Yakovson, a prominent educator in Eretz Yisrael, illustrates this point:

A mother was having extreme difficulty managing her children during the morning and evening hours. Her husband was a big masmid, and claimed that he couldn’t spare any more time to help her without disrupting his learning schedule.

When the matter was brought to my attention, I told the father the following: my experience has taught me that you are on the verge of creating a dangerous situation in your home. Unless you devote more time to your wife and children, they will feel neglected, and you are in danger of ruining your children. Moreover, if you don’t invest time in your children now, you will have to invest ten times as much time in the future, with only a tenth of the success.

If you don’t invest time in your children now, you will have to invest ten times as much time in the future, with only a tenth of the success.

I suggested, however, that we discuss this issue with Rav Aharon Leib Steinman in Bnei Brak. When we presented the matter to Rav Steinman, his first reaction was to try and find a solution by altering the father’s learning schedule. When this wasn’t successful, Rav Steinman told the father, “What I’m going to say may cause you to laugh, but it is no laughing matter. It pains me to have to say this to you, but you should not daven Shacharis in order to help your wife.

The father stared stupefied at the rav, uncertain if he had heard him correctly. Rav Steinman continued, “If you’re worried about the mitzvah of tefillin, then you may put on tefillin and say krias shma, no more. You may be wondering why this is so painful for me. What pains me is that you don’t understand such a simple concept. Your avodas Hashem in life is not just to have children; you have a personal obligation to take care of them. That is no less important in Hashem’s eyes than Torah study.”

Rav Steinman was brought to tears by the fact that he had to tell a talmid chacham such a simple concept. After the bewildered father left Rav Steinman’s apartment, Rav Steinman remarked to Rabbi Yaakovson that he is brought to tears by the fact that he had to tell a talmid chacham such a simple concept.

On another occasion, a father claimed that he could not help his wife take care of their children during the days between Yom Kippur and Sukkos because he needed to shop for a lulav and esrog.

Rav Steinman reprimanded him by telling him that it was not necessary for him to have his own lulav and esrog. He could fulfil his obligation just as well by borrowing someone elses’s lulav and esrog. However, no one else can fulfil your obligation of chinuch habanim

A Poem by Meir Ettinger

The Hilltop Youth
Posted on May 18, 2016
by dvorahrw

This poem was penned by Meir Ettinger in Hebrew, translated and posted to Arutz7 on 17 May, 2016. For a true appreciation of the ikar, if one can, one should try to read it in Ivrit. [The Voice of the Jewish Heart]

You know it’s not easy for us to be heard
The media hardly allows us a word
And he who dares say the media is wrong,
is ground into bits by their teeth and their tongue.

They have a system that is oiled to perfection
One schemes, one directs, then they pen a confession
And he who dares question their machinations
Will find out that his past needs “investigations.”

Still we try to explain a thing or two,
In the hope that you’ll realize it all rings true–
No I don’t mind repeating our story to you,
I’m in prison for months, there’s nothing to do.

If you’ve listened to all the distortions of truth,
Then you shudder at hearing the words, “Hilltop youth”
Someday we will tell you about the machine,
That processes facts and decides what they mean.

But for now, here is a message that we hope will hit home,
(We’re writing our story in rhyme, like a poem).
The hilltop youth–you won’t hear in the news
Have hearts filled with love for their fellow Jews
And when they noticed the emperor’s clothes were awry,
They couldn’t, like others, just let him pass by.

In their young minds, many questions arose,
When they saw that the emperor lacked more than his clothes.
True, they had no proper contacts, methods and means
But were willing to try–after all they are teens.

The truth they were missing, that is what they sought,
To fill the lacunae in what they’d been taught
To them, life was simple, they needed no frills
They went out to find truth, on the bare rocky hills.

Down below was erudition, with all degrees listed
Could that be the reason so much had been twisted?
Only when young can this search be undertaken
We could step back from the crowd and try to awaken.

Families murdered on roads, in our land? We asked why
We know it’s preventable if you really try
Perhaps someone up there has a head that is hollow
That doesn’t keep him from leading–but why do you follow?

And when no one could give us a good explanation
It deepened the fear for the state of our nation
And led us to feeling of isolation
If matters so crucial are covered in plaster,
It’s no wonder foundations crack all the faster.

Then many fine youth came to join and do good
Feel the pain of the nation–as all of us should
The establishment shunned them and on them heaped blame
And everyone else joined to rush in the game.

The youth on the hilltops were stunned by this ploy
Why the unleashed aggression, the need to destroy?
How could adults abrogate their own rules
And behave toward their children in ways that were cruel?

At first they had gazed on the children in wonder
But when truth posed a threat, they tore them asunder
For they know by themselves what we know very well
That power and honor is what makes their hearts swell.

We must have stumbled on some great mystery
Maybe someone is trying to rewrite history
Otherwise there is no way to fathom
What led them down to this moral chasm.

How turn evil into good and good into evil?
They gathered against us as if we’re the devil
Why create a new story every few days?
When we’d watch the news, we’d be simply amazed.

True, we do dream of ending our people’s disgrace
Hoping one day to see the Temple in its rightful place
We believe that all of Israel is our eternal possession
And want our leaders to say no to secession.

This is what Jews prayed for throughout the years
Through gas and fire and blood and tears.
So why do they treat us as if we’re deranged?
What Jewish aspiration has changed?

Why did they arrest us with such needless violence?
And leave us to vanquish in cells of silence?
Police made a mockery of the law
And when they caused us pain, broad smiles we saw.
Why does terror continue despite Tzahal forces
While the world keeps silent and its media endorses?

Our leaders with stopping the terror just toy
But command the army, “Hilltop settlements destroy!”
The police did not emerge out of the blue
With every new government, it’s resurrected anew

Once again the British White Paper comes to pass
As each new government hopes that their power will last.
If someone notices that the emperor is sans his attire
He becomes a threat to be extinguished like fire

All the media join to burn the witch at the stake
With all of the threats and wild claims they can make.
You may feel that I am too rash in penning these words
But what we have here is a theater of the absurd.

Just one last question allow me to bring:
If my being free is the threatening thing
Maybe something very fundamental is the matter
If I, a singer at heart, am deemed the Mad Hatter.
Alright, enough, I will silence my breath
Lest jailers administratively detain this bad poet to death.

In the Era of the Redemption, the Beis HaMikdash will Descend from the Heavens

The Third Beis HaMikdash and Mashiach

There is a classic difference of opinion between our Rabbis regarding the construction of the Third Beis HaMikdash. The Rambam states(1) that the Beis HaMikdash will be built by man, more specifically by Mashiach ... its construction will be one of the signs of Mashiach’s advent.

Rashi(2) ... explains that the Beis HaMikdash has already been constructed by G‑d and exists in the heavenly realms, waiting for the time when it will descend to the earth. For the Third Beis HaMikdash will be “the Sanctuary of G‑d, established by Your hands.”(3) (Chabad) [So, in a way, this brings together both Rashi's and Rambam's opinions.]

When the setting within the world is appropriate, this heavenly structure will descend and become an actual reality within our material world.

THERE WAS NO EXPLANATION FOR THIS.
THESE ARE NOT CLOUD FORMATIONS.
THESE ARE NOT LENS FLARES OR PHOTOSHOPS.
THESE ARE STRUCTURES IN THE SKY.
(This idea was inspired by Devorah of Shirat Devorah. Kol HaKavod)

In the Era of the Redemption, the entire Beis HaMikdash will descend from the heavens with the exception of the gates

“Behold, one like a son of man came on the clouds of heaven.” Daniel 13

Our Sages relate (Bamidbar Rabbah 15:13, Eichah Rabbah on the verse cited) that the gates of the Beis HaMikdash were fashioned at the order of King David. This endowed them with an eternal invulnerability (Sotah 9a). When the Babylonians laid waste to the Beis HaMikdash, the gates were not destroyed. Instead, they were swallowed by the earth. In the Era of the Redemption, the entire Beis HaMikdash will descend from the heavens with the exception of the gates, which will ascend from the earth. Mashiach will then connect the gates to the Beis HaMikdash. Our Sages explain that connecting the gates to a building is considered as equivalent to the construction of the entire edifice (Bava Basra 53b; see also Shaarei Zohar to Sukkah 41a). Chabad.org

Probably the best collection of messianic midrashim is a recently published Hebrew work entitled, "Otzrot Aharit HaYamim" by **Rabbi Yehudah Chayoun (Benei Brak, 1993). This text brings together well known messianic material alongside much that is not so well known. This text has even been condensed and translated into English under the title' "When Mashiah Comes" published by Targum Press (NY, 1994).

Traditionally, midrashic literature (found in Rabbi Chayoun's work) relates that Mashiah ben Yosef is to arise only after all the nations of the world have been defeated in a horrible world war by Edom-Rome (i.e., the Western powers, possibly with the U.S. at their head). The new leader of the "New World Order" is said to be "Armilus" who in one midrash, (Milkhamot Melekh HaMashiah), is actually referred to by the Christian term, "anti-Christ."

After subduing the world, Armilus will turn his attentions towards Israel. He is to approach Mashiah ben Yosef and demand of him that all Jews convert and accept him (Armilus) as our long expected Mashiah. Mashiah ben Yosef of course will refuse. A great war is to break out, where Mashiah Ben Yosef is to be killed by Armilus, the children of Israel are to be persecuted and cast out of all civilized areas of the world.

Only after a period of hardships is the true Mashiah (ben David) to appear out of the sky with an army of angels. He will destroy Armilus and usher in the messianic era. This is in brief the traditional messianic scenario. Rabbi Ariel Bar Tzadok – End of Days

This latest Video was amazing, as it showed structures in the sky that prompted the thought of our Third Beis HaMikdash on its way from Heaven (Shamayim) to Yerushalayim. Fantasy, maybe, but the Video was conclusive in that the vision was of a structure, resembling Jerusalem Stone, in the sky. Say what you may, but our Sages have told us that this is how it will happen, as written above.

Two Hundred Twenty Four Years (224) Until the End – Without Including Nibiru

Mind-Boggling

It is mind-boggling the resistance of the Jews to feel the threat and to do Teshuva. If they cannot even deal with child abuse in the community, how are they going to deal with what is expected via Nibiru? So entrenched. I really worry so very much for those I love who are still in America who are sincerely dedicated to HaShem and His Torah. So many warnings. Are they even aware?

If only the Jews would keep one Shabbat
fully, then Mashiach would come,
Shemos Rabba 25:12, Yerushalmi, Ta'anit 1:10

There are only 224 years until 6000. All the things that are supposed to happen in the so-called "End of Days" needs to happen first. Which way will it be? Has anyone even thought about this:  About the OTHER THINGS the Torah says about these "end of days" – not just Nibiru or maybe because of Nibiru?

R. Katina said, “Six thousand years the world will exist and one [thousand, the seventh], it shall be desolate (haruv), as it is written, ‘And the Lord alone shall be exalted in that day’ (Isa. 2:11)... R. Katina also taught, “Just as the seventh year is the Shmita year, so too does the world have one thousand years out of seven that are fallow (mushmat), as it is written, ‘And the Lord alone shall be exalted in that day’ (Isa. 2:11); and further it is written, ‘A psalm and song for the Shabbat day’ (Ps. 92:1) – meaning the day that is altogether Shabbat – and also it is said, ‘For one thousand years in Your [God's] eyes are but a day that has passed.’ (Ps.90:4) (Sanhedrin 97a).”

I am not making light of the warnings of the Autistics, or the advice from the AbsoluteTruth. However, almost everyone is concentrating on this Nibiru, but doesn't the Torah tell us of other events, Mashiach, the Third Beis, Techias HaMeisim? In what order?

The Zohar states:

In the 600th year of the sixth thousand, the gates of wisdom on high and the wellsprings of lower wisdom will be opened. This will prepare the world to enter the seventh thousand, just as man prepares himself toward sunset on Friday for the Sabbath.

The Zohar explains further:

The redemption of Israel will come about through the mystic force of the letter “Vav” [which has the numerical value of six], namely, in the sixth millennium…. Happy are those who will be left alive at the end of the sixth millennium to enter the Shabbat, which is the seventh millennium; for that is a day set apart for the Holy One on which to effect the union of new souls with old souls in the world (Zohar, Vayera 119a).

Some Rabbeim are fighting with their followers over Smart Phone use, over Internet use, what about the foretold destruction that is scheduled to occur [but might not happen]?
Rabbeinu Bachya:
In his commentary to Genesis 2:3, Rabbeinu Bachya writes that the seventh millennium will follow the Messiah and the resurrection, and will be a time of “great eternal delight” for those who merit resurrection.

This being the case, he explains, just as one prepares during the six days of the week for the Shabbat, so too one should prepare during the six thousand years for the seventh.
The Vilna Gaon writes:

Each day of Creation alludes to a thousand years of our existence, and every little detail that occurred on these days will have its corresponding event happen at the proportionate time during its millennium.

The עִקְּבוֹת מְשִׁיחַ, footsteps of Messiah, began the first hour of Friday morning in the Sixth Millennium, that is the year Five Hundred [1740 C.E.], and from hour to hour the footsteps have continued to progress from many aspects [cf. M Avot 1:1; BT Sanhedrin 38a]. As is known, every hour consists of forty-one years and eight months [alt., 41.666], counting from the time that the bonds on the Messiah’s heels were loosened, as it says, You have loosened my bonds (Psalms 116:16), and as revealed in: A decree He declared it for Joseph… ‘I delivered his shoulder from the burden his palms were loosed from the hod’ (Psalms 81:6-7). Beginning with the second hour [i.e., from 5542 (1782 C.E.)], the entire House of Israel took the stage, both as a whole, and with regard to each individual member of the nation, as an order from above, of Messiah of the beginning of redemption, namely, Messiah Son of Joseph

What part of this entire life-span does Nibiru really fit in?
The Lubavitcher Rebbe Menachem Mendel Schneerson explains that upon having reached the Hebrew year 5750 (1989 CE), the millennial 'time-clock' had reached the time of the 'eve' of Shabbat.

This is based on the teaching of the Talmud, which states that one thousand human years is equivalent to one 'day' in the eyes of the Creator, which in turn is based upon the verse in Psalms, "For one thousand years in Your eyes are but a day that has passed (Psalms 90:4)". Therefore, given that one human-time millennium is equal to one cosmic 'day', the human-time seventh millennium is equivalent to the seventh cosmic 'day', the 'Shabbat', the Messianic age.

Given that the Jewish day begins at nightfall, the year 5750 represented 12:00pm midday on the millennial 'Friday', as per the table below.

The Lubavitcher Rebbe, as others, maintains that the Messiah must arrive at, or before, the onset of the Shabbat, the year 6000.

Hebrew Year (Common Era year) Millennial Time
5000 (1239 CE) 18:00 Thursday
5250 (1489 CE) 00:00 Friday
5500 (1739 CE) 06:00 Friday
5750 (1989 CE) 12:00 Friday / Shabbat eve
5770 (2009 CE) 12:30 Friday / Shabbat eve
6000 (2239 CE) 18:00 Entry of Shabbat
The English year 2016, corresponding to the Hebrew year 5776, thus marks 12:37pm on the Millennial Friday. In Jewish law, a half-hour past midday or mincha gedola marks the time on Friday afternoon when the influence of Shabbat begins, and some authorities forbid keeping a business open past that point.

Global Volcanic Warnings

Scientists warn America's deadliest volcano is 'RECHARGING' for eruption amid quake swarm
(I think every country has a threatening volcano poised for eruption)

Mount St Helen's, in the north-western state of Washington, was responsible for America's deadliest eruption in 1980 when 57 people lost their lives and hundreds of homes were destroyed.
"As the magma intrudes, it imparts pressure on the rock around it and it heats up water/releases gases that can add to that pressure. This generates small earthquakes as the rocks shift in response to that stress.
"It does mean that even as St. Helens sleeps, the magma that will likely take part in the next eruption is working its way up towards the surface, likely stopping along the way to crystallize and interact with the residue of previous eruptions.
"It might take a big recharge event to really get the system primed for the next eruption."
In a post on its website the USGS said the series of small quakes showed "the volcano is still very much alive", adding that its magma chamber is "re-pressurising"

YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK –  extra activity comes amid growing fears about the huge super volcano under Yellowstone national park, some 870 miles to the east in Wyoming.
The massive volcano last erupted 70,000 years ago but a recent unexpected spike in seismic activity around the globe, which has resulted in devastating earthquakes in Asia and Ecuador in the last month, has unsettled nerves.
A fortnight ago terrifying new footage emerged showing steam and ash rising beneath the surface of the 2,805m tall volcano, fuelling fresh concern it could be about to blow.
Scientists have predicted that if the mammoth volcano blows its top the eruption will be so large it will have huge global consequences, possibly even threatening the future survival of mankind.

Likud Central Committee ... to Conduct Reviews of the Failures of Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon

Back on April 10 I wrote in Yaalon – Pharaoh Over Political Prisoner Meir Ettinger and DM Yaalon has created a Political Prisoner The tables could turn* at any time. And I see this as what is happening to the Defense Minister at this time. Maybe more infractions will come to light because of this:

[According the Oxford English Dictionary, if you “turn the tables” on someone, it is generally understood that you have reversed the fortunes]

The Likud supreme court on Sunday ordered the Likud Central Committee, Political Bureau, Directorate, Secretariat and Knesset faction to conduct reviews of the failures of Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon (Likud) regarding the eviction of Jewish residents from Beit Rachel and Leah in Hebron, Srugim reported . The Jewish residents moved into the building, which had been lawfully purchased from its Arab owner, on Thursday, January 21, and were forcibly removed by Police and Border Guard officers on Friday, January 22.

The Likud supreme court ruled on a petition by six members of Likud Eretz Israel Loyalists against Ya’alon, in which they demanded the suspension of Ya’alon’s Likud membership over his order to evict the Jewish residents in Hebron.

The party court’s ruling stated that “there is justification for a piercing debate with Minister Ya’alon over his decision to evict the Jews from their homes in Hebron, a decision that may be criticized and action may be taken to change it, or, in the least, prevent a repetition of this behavior in the future.”

Earth's Mantle Falling Off ... America is Melting

The south is SINKING: Giant chunks of the Earth's mantle are falling off and causing quakes across the southeastern US - and more are coming, warn researchers
Area hit by a series of strange unexplained quakes
Most recent was 2011 magnitude-5.8 earthquake near Mineral, Virginia
Area should be seismically quiet as it is in middle of Earth's tectonic plate
(From DailyMail w/o link due to unsightly scenes)

Researchers believe the quakes could be caused by pieces of the Earth's mantle breaking off and sinking into the planet in the affected area (shown here). They say pieces of the mantle have most likely been breaking off from underneath the plate since at least 65 million years ago. This map shows the study area in detail.

The southeastern United States has been hit by a series of strange unexplained quakes - most recently, the 2011 magnitude-5.8 earthquake near Mineral, Virginia that shook the nation's capital.

Researchers have been baffled, believing the areas should be relatively quiet in terms of seismic activity, as it is located in the interior of the North American Plate, far away from plate boundaries where earthquakes usually occur.

Now, they believe the quakes could be caused by pieces of the Earth's mantle breaking off and sinking into the planet.

A new study found pieces of the mantle under this region have been periodically breaking off and sinking down into the Earth. This thins and weakens the remaining plate, making it more prone to slipping that causes earthquakes. The study authors conclude this process is ongoing and likely to produce more earthquakes in the future.

'Our idea supports the view that this seismicity will continue due to unbalanced stresses in the plate,' said Berk Biryol, a seismologist at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and lead author of the new study.

'The [seismic] zones that are active will continue to be active for some time.'

The study was published in the Journal of Geophysical Research – Solid Earth, a journal of the American Geophysical Union.

'Based on distinct variations in the geometry and thickness of the lithospheric mantle and foundered lithosphere, we propose that piecemeal delamination has occurred beneath the region throughout the Cenozoic, removing a significant amount of reworked/deformed mantle lithosphere,' the team wrote.
Compared to earthquakes near plate boundaries, earthquakes in the middle of plates are not well understood and the hazards they pose are difficult to quantify.

'‘You shall be holy, for I, G-D, your G-D, am holy.’ ” Vayikra 19:2 Parshas Kedoshim

We have just left the Oasis of Pesach, the Zman of our Cheirus, Freedom. But what is this freedom? What does it entail for us? What does G-D want from us? Today is "thirteen days, which are one week and six days, of the Omer," "the Yesod of Gevurah, the Bonding in Discipline" in our counting of the Omer. And with this Shabbat we are completing the Sefira of Gevurah: Justice, Discipline, Restraint, Awe. And so this Parsha is Kedoshim.

Speak to the entire congregation of the Children of Israel, and say to them,
‘You shall be holy, for I, G-D, your G-D, am holy.
Vayikra 19:2

A Rabbi Pinchas Winston Shlit"a so eloquently elucidates:

The Mishnah says:

“The tablets were made by G-D, and the writing was G-D’s writing, engraved—charus—on the tablets” (Shemos 32:16). "Do not read charus—engraved—but chairus—freedom, because there is no free person except one who occupies himself with Torah." (Pirkei Avos 6:2)

As we go about our daily lives, we tend to assume that our perceptions — sights, sounds, textures, tastes — are an accurate portrayal of the real world . . . The true reality might be forever beyond our reach, but surely our senses give us at least an inkling of what it’s really like.

It is the most natural, and dangerous, assumption to make that *what we see is what there is. Even though we are told that we don’t see with our eyes, only receive data through them, and that vision takes place in the dark recesses of our brain, we assume that the bottom line is accurate. We know and accept that mistakes occur, but assume that they are rarely dangerous.

Not so, says Donald D. Hoffman, a professor of cognitive science at the University of California, Irvine . . . His conclusion is a dramatic one: The world presented to us by our perceptions is nothing like reality.

[...] It was inevitable that science would eventually question the very fabric of reality. It was the likely result of trying to understand what the world is and how it works just to make life easier. The longer you look at something the more you notice things you previously overlooked, and the more things stop seeming as simple as they do on the surface.

[...] The discoveries and conclusions of scientists are startling and fascinating. They leave mankind however like astronauts floating through space without a tether: self-aware but aimless and lacking control. It’s enough to make the average person look the other way and simply go with the flow. All of it sheds an interesting light on Torah. Just as man, for the longest time, assumed that his perception of reality was accurate, so too did Torah observant Jews assume that Torah was an accurate response to that assumed reality. If our perception of reality is not true, then what does that say about Torah and mitzvos?

A lot more than ever before. Torah is not merely a response to reality, it is reality itself. The mitzvos are not just a way to act within reality, they create it. The Torah is the very construct of reality,
guiding those who follow it in order to create reality as it needs to be. Now, more than ever before, we can understand what it means to be a partner with G-D in the perfection of Creation.

This is only possible because Torah is the work of reality, the Ultimate Reality, G-D Himself. Through Torah G-D has conveyed what He wants reality to look like, which He has made dependent upon the actions of man. Scientists have come to notice this, but their rejection of G-D and Torah has left them in the dark about what to do about it.

They do this because religion is ancient. It was there when man was intellectually unsophisticated and without much knowledge about the fabric of reality. In the beginning, the focus was only on what to do, not understanding Creation on such deep philosophical levels, and therefore the assumption was that such levels did not exist.

Torah, being from G-D, can speak to man on any level. As man advances, Torah advances as well, in order to keep pace with the language of the day. Torah came from timelessness and therefore is timeless itself. Man can never go beyond Torah, no matter how sophisticated he becomes because his world and consciousness are always from within Torah. This is what it means that Torah was the “blueprint” for Creation.

This is also the deeper meaning of the opening words of this week’s parshah. G-D says:

“Speak to the entire congregation of the Children of Israel, and say to them, ‘You shall be holy, for I, G-D, your G-D, am holy.’ ” (Vayikra 19:1-2)

G-D is not only telling us to be holy. He is informing us about the ideal nature of Creation, and how best to go about constructing it. He is holy so the world is meant to be holy as well. By living according to Torah and pursuing a holy lifestyle we give rise to elements of Creation that make it holy as well. We do this not by imbuing that which objectively exists with holiness, but by creating reality in a holy manner.

This is what the rabbis meant with their statement from Pirkei Avos mentioned at the beginning. They are saying that, just as the tablets were like a blank slate until G-D engraved them with His will, so too is reality until we “engrave” it with our will. And, just as the [Will of] G-D results in the freedom to be who we truly are, likewise if we engrave life with the proper will we empower ourselves to accomplish meaningful things.

This is not the end of the story. This world is not the only thing you build. As a person constructs this world through his Torah learning and mitzvah performance he simultaneously builds his portion in the World-to-Come.

It’s not that we live a life of righteousness and then later receive reward that always existed but which is given to the person who earned it. It didn’t yet exist until we did something to cause it to exist. With each moment of Torah learning or mitzvah performance a person increases and enhances his portion because he himself adds to it.

So, while non-believers grapple with the very fabric of reality and drift aimlessly through the unknown, a Jew can use the Torah to construct true reality in the void. Torah has always been mystical. This makes it magical as well.

.....................................................
*"what we see is what there is" – This also refers to what we think we see in outer space. We make assumptions as to what we are witnessing, but what is the true reality? It is, that HaShem is orchestrating everything for the benefit of Am Yisrael, to do Teshuva and bring the Geula.
